2010 Board of Directors

 

The Board of Directors are elected at the annual meeting in June of each year. 

At the first election of Directors held by the membership, four Directors shall be elected to serve one year, four Directors to serve two years, and four Directors to serve three years. Thereafter at each annual meeting of the membership of the corporation vacancies on the Board of Directors resulting from the expirations of terms shall be filled by the election of succeeding Directors to serve a three year term. Interim vacancies on the Board of Directors may be filled by an election held by the remaining members of the Board at any regular or special meeting. In addition, there are two At-Large Directors.
